Who I Am
Hi! I'm Morgan.

​I'm a Fractional COO specializing in Process Improvement and Systems Implementation for small to mid-size businesses. I've provided operational and sales support to companies that are in their startup or growth phases, and found that I enjoy the puzzle of change management and problem solving.

I'm highly skilled at seeing patterns and pain points in internal workflows, and I believe that success starts with a well supported team.

To empower small to mid-size businesses to achieve sustainable growth by implementing efficient and effective processes and systems.

Methodology
I utilize elements from a variety of project management and process improvement styles, most strongly aligning with the Kaizen Method.
I believe in the idea that process improvement is an ongoing practice in business. As your business grows and changes, your processes must adjust and your team has to pivot based on need. Testing and documentation are incredibly important parts of finding what works and eliminating what doesn't.
